Return & Refund Policy

At ecollects.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt).
Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Personal care items (e.g. opened cosmetics, hygiene products)
Perishable goods (e.g. food or flowers)
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ecollects.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
We will offer either a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
