How to preset target temperature:
1. Press ▼ or ▲ button to arbitrarily preset target temp.
2. Press SET to confirm the value.

After presetting the temperature, the backlight will turn red and flash when the temperature reaches setting temperature.

Let you know when the temperature reaches the target temperature.

Calibration

How to calibrate:
Immerse the thermometer probe in the ice-water mixture for about 30 seconds until the indicator stops changing.
Please make sure the thermometer probe is not touching the sides or bottom of the container.

When you feel that the measured temperature is too high or too low, you can calibrate it. In this way, it can reduce temperature errors to ensure the temperature showed in the thermometer is accurate.
